19 But in church[a], I want to speak five words with my mind in order that I might also instruct others, rather than ten-thousand words in a tongue.
Tongues Are a Sign For Unbelievers; Prophecy Is For Believers
20 Brothers, do not be children in your understanding. But be childlike in evilness, and be mature in your understanding. 21 It has been written in the Law [in Isa 28:11-12] that “I will speak to this people by people of other-tongues, and by the lips of others. And not even in this manner will they listen-to Me, says the Lord”.
